Here is a very rare Scottish solid silver and enamel golf pitch mark repairer, dating from 1991, with beautiful enamel and silver work to the central medallion depicting a classic looking golfer with a tree behind, and the words “St. Andrews beneath, surmounted by a blue enamel Scottish Saltire flag and a green enamel engine turned design, all surrounded with a silver rope fist boarder.
The backed is fully hallmarked with the markers mark being for the company Golf in the Making (based in St. Andrews, Scotland) the Lion Hallmark for British Silver, the Castle Hallmark for the Edinburgh Assay Office and the Date Letter R for the year 1991.
This would make a great gift for a golf lover or to use on your own round off golf.
